GENERAL TERMS:

• All items are subject to prior sale.

• New York State residents must pay N.Y. Sales Tax, unless they have a N.Y. Sales Tax Resale Certificate on file with us prior to placing the order.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Blackjack Morgan Coins & Collectibles, Inc. cannot be held responsible for misprints or typographical errors.

GRADING:

All OGP products remain in their OGP containers and are sold ungraded and as is. All certified products available for sale were authenticated, graded, and encapsulated by one of the following independent third party companies:

• ANACS^®

• ICG^® (Independent Coin Grading Co.)
• NGC^® (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation)
• PCGS^® (Professional Coin Grading Service)

ORDERING:

• No foreign/overseas orders will be accepted. Your billing and shipping address must be in the continental United States.

• To place an order you must have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
• All online orders must be sent to us via e-mail with your name, address, and a phone number. Upon receiving your email we will reserve the item(s) ordered, call you to answer any questions, finalize your order, and arrange for payment on the order.

SHIPPING:

• When we ship an order to you, it will be sent registered, insured, return receipt through the U.S. Postal Service. Your shipping/billing address must be in the continental United States. All shipping costs will be added to your purchase price.

• When shipping coins to us, register and insure all packages through the U.S. Postal Service. We are not responsible for any uninsured, lost packages which are sent to us.

   

PAYMENTS:

• We accept the following forms of payment: Certified Checks, U.S. Postal Money Orders, or Credit Cards (MasterCard or Visa only).

• Orders will be shipped 10 banking days after payment has been received by Blackjack Morgan Coins & Collectibles.
• We only accept certified checks drawn on the following banks: M & T Bank, Citizens Bank, Chase, Bank of America, or HSBC.
  

RETURNS:

• Online we sell only 3^rd party graded/certified coins/paper money or items in their Original Government Packages.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase; you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.  Shipping and Insurance is always your responsibility and is non-refundable.  If your purchase was made by credit card we will deduct 5% of your original invoice total to cover the fees that we incur for credit card purchases.  The returned item must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original holder.

PRIVACY POLICY:

• You do not have to give us any personal information to visit our site.

• Blackjack Morgan Coins & Collectibles, Inc. does not rent or sell your personal information.
• We may use personal information provided online to respond to electronic inquiries or to distribute electronic or printed promotional/informational flyers. We also use the information provided online by you to process and verify requests and to provide our services and products.
